Built in 1912/1913 this building housed the steam works for the Headquarters townsite lumber mill. But apparently it was never actually used. It may been a recession or some other reason. But components from the mill went to other mills in the area. Now it is something of a Mecca for spray painters it seems. If you wander at the back there is apparently the remains of a roundhouse for the trains that serviced the town on a spur line.

Cool old mill site with lots of graffiti and nice trails to walk along the river.
Little spot to rest for a while.. art all over the walls. Was raining at the time so didn't explore the trail's.
This is an amazing place to walk.
Someone came here and did a nice thing
