I had the pleasure of having Leanne Mayer as my employment councilor. Upon meeting her I was in search of a job in my field for quite some time and was not successful. I was interested in going back to school but wasn't sure if I would be eligible for the second career program. Leanne took her time to educate me with the resources that were available to me. Not only was she knowledgeable and informative but a genuine, caring individual that made me feel I can pursue an education/career again. I will forever be grateful to her and highly recommend Leanne!

I cannot say enough about Community Employment Services Fanshawe! The staff are phenomenal, very insightful, professional and empathetic. They provided me with a lot of valuable information about resumes, cover letters, and interviews. They also gave me links to many practical resources. I really appreciated the way my employment counselor Jessica supported me every step of the way in my journey to employment. She is amazing and I highly recommend her services! The practice interviews were very helpful as well -- many thanks to Jessica and Sheila for their patience, support, and excellent advice! Also, the workshop on interviewing was fantastic -- thanks, Collyn! I am very happy in my new position, and a great deal of the credit for it is due to Jessica and the team at Community Employment Services Fanshawe. Thank you!!
