A beautiful spot and amazing pool however… where do we start… New management and new staff both don’t have a clue of what’s going on in the facility and are not very helpful to people that are new to the area... advertised as year-round camping however many sites were not available they charge you full price for Utilities that cannot be used and do not offer cut rates for people who don’t require the utilities that can’t be used anyways. The pools were absolutely amazing except I don’t think they’re natural Hot Springs and aside from people having SEX in the pool the view at night was not very good the lights were too bright and we could not see the mountains or the stars.

Had the place for ourselves basically, front desk girl was friendly and had some fun stories about encounters with wildlife. The pool temperature was perfect with the snow we had, liked that they had the 'cold pool' available too even tho the other 2 were closed. Reasonable price :) will be back

The hot tubs where nice and heated to a good temperature. The have a hot, warm and cold pool. The change rooms are a little old and small but it sounds like the new owners are going to add to the resort. If you live near but the yearly pass is the way to go. It is a little pricey for hot tubs but still nice. You can hear the HWY and the trains so if that is going to bug you I would not go.

The Good- Clean Campsites if you bring your own tent or trailer, Clean pools, Clean Changerooms, The BAD- Campsites are located about 50-100ft from a very active railroad (train every 20-30 min) and is very loud. if your tenting and need to use the bathroom their communal bathrooms are disgusting Cabins are lacking maintenance! We stayed inside one of their \Cabins\ which was cleanish... see pictures.. smelt of smokers and had stains of such and dust everywhere. A/c barely worked to cool the trailer, and hot water for showers lasted for only 2 showers. Lots of Maintenance items are of need of attention including the decks and surrounding cement blocks creating tripping hazards. Seems to have been going down hill in the last 3 yrs since we have been going here and now we have chosen to skip this location.
