Looks amazing - Posts and railings - quick and professional installation. Our existing post and railings were disintegrating. Van Dolders installers Tony and Rob were on time, worked quickly and did an amazing job. They let me know that they anchored those posts securely which was a concern since the existing posts were actually just sitting on the concrete unsecured. The place looks 100% better with the new aluminum posts and railings. Thank you!

Top notch customer service is what we have experienced with Van Dolder's Collingwood. We felt very welcomed and taken care of from the first time we walked through the doors and appreciated how kind and attentive our sales person was. Unfortunately our windows came in looking differently then we thought we ordered, but the team at Van Dolder's went above and beyond to make sure it was a great experience and that we were happy with the finished product. I would not only recommend them to others but would also question why you would ever want to buy windows from anyone else! My master bedroom window broke back in August. They were quick to come out and quote me on my repair but unfortunately that was the highlight of my experience with them. There was 2 additional visits to measure a 15\ x 47\ window and I was told 5-8 weeks. I called 6 weeks later and found out my window came in the week before (where was my phone call) but the measurements on the window might be incorrect. This prompted a 4th visit to measure again. The following week I had to follow-up and was told that the window they had for me was the wrong size and a new order would need to be placed. In total it took about 10-12 weeks for a simple window replacement. The window itself is great and the installer did a good job and was super quick. I really hope this situation is a one-off and based on other reviews it probably is but this was my experience which was not good.

I called Van Dolders just before close on a Friday evening as I had an issue with my garage door. They sent someone out within two hours! Alex was professional and courteous and fixed the issue promptly. I was very impressed he came out on a Friday night. Thank you!

We were very happy with the work done in replacing our patio sliding walk our doors. John and Dylan were professional, competent, respectful, friendly and saved a baby bird, who had fallen out of its nest, in the process without skipping a beat!
