What an amazing show. Ian Thomas, Marc Jordan, Murray McLauchlan and Cindy Church put on a superbly crafted show, filled with iconic Canadian music, a refreshing absence of egos, and just a wonderful, laid-back vibe. The acoustic arrangements were excellent, with each member of the quartet sharing the spotlight equally. The stories between songs brought a genuine warmth and humor to the evening. Bravo to the entire staff for creating such a perfect atmosphere. Please come back soon!

What a great little theatre in the heart of downtown Collingwood. This building started out as a theatre in 1911 then changed to a movie theater and is now back to its original intent namely presenting live theatre. We went to see Barefoot in the Park and the the set was crisp, the seats were comfortable, the bar was open and the acting tremendous! Good thing is that they offer specials at the local dining establishments so keep your ticket stubs to get a rebate on your meal. All in all a great way to spend an afternoon or evening.

Attended the Stevie Ray Vaughan Experience last night. AWESOME!!!!! Please, please, please bring this group back. I closed my eyes and thought I was listening to him at The El Macambo. The musicians were so tight as a group. Simply an amazing show...... to the earlier post you received about the price complaint, don't worry about it. The concert was worth every penny. Just wish there were a few more younger people there to appreciate the blues of SRV. They truly need to be exposed to this genre of music. Thanks for a magical evening.

We went to the Stevie Ray Vaughan cover band last night at the Gayety (that name should be reconsidered). The chief complaint is while the tickets cost 47, there was a ticket surcharge of 3 but the kicker was a 17 “facility charge” that was revealed only after at the end of the entire online purchase. Shame! Charge more if you need to but no more excessive surcharges. Is that even legal? Perhaps BBB will know.

Beautiful upscale theatre in downtown Collingwood. Friendly staff, awesome sounds and a full bar! What could be better.
