Extremely fast and efficient, even accommodated our orders near their closing time. My family and I have tried an assortment of dishes across their (extremely vast) menu and they are all tasty. On that note, as another reviewer mentioned, perhaps condensing the menu would be helpful. The owners and their employees are extremely friendly and remember my name as this new restaurant has become my go-to in Collingwood. Highly recommend!

My first experience at Pho Le was not one I will forget. This rustic Asian eatery has warm, welcoming staff and an expansive menu. I played it safe with the Chicken Pad Thai, paying 3 extra to add shrimp. What a TREAT. The portion was generous, the shrimp were large, the chicken was fresh and plentiful, the noodles were succulent and everything was beautifully seasoned. What impressed me most was the delicate and elegantly sliced vegetables, carefully spread throughout the portion. Pleasure in every bite. Collingwood has a new hot spot for delicious and authentic Asian cuisine.
I ordered the Chicken Satay and the Beef Tom Yum soup for takeout and both were amazing. I would suggest when ordering the Tom Yum soup to ask for them to add coconut milk. I find that makes the broth a little more creamy and helps develop the flavors.
Execrable food which was either under or over cooked. One dish consisted of a thin sauce with nearly crude vegetables. A heap of noodles as tall as a mountain and about as edible as one was included. This experience did prove one thing however, that in gastronomy, there is no "quality in quantity".
The quality of the products is incredible, we loved it. My only small suggestion is the menu, I think there is a LOT (maybe too much), but overall, great food. So glad we have this option in town now.
Delicious! Amazing. Ordered the A2 Shrimp and vermicelli roll it comes with a nice tangy dipping sauce great light appetizer for one or two ppl. For my main I ordered P4 Pho rare beef. The broth is so good especially when paired with the fresh coriander, onion and a squeeze of lime. Owners and staff are very nice. Service is fast and efficient!! Will be my go to spot here in Collingwood for takeout!
Food was great, probably the best pho I ever had, can't wait to dine in.
Very very good food. We got some egg noodle soup and pad Thai. Really flavourful. Will be back here again for sure.
