What an incredible variety of high quality choices under one roof of things I truly love in no particular order: wine, beer, plates, snacks, coffee and treats. The vibe is amazing and you just want to try everything . Everything I had was delicious and class. You can feel the effort that has been put in to make it awesome . Need to come back and indulge for a full day on everything!!! There isn’t enough time. Love the options!!

I was in Collingwood on Vacation but needed to work for a day and decided to search for a local cafe in the area. This one had the best reviews and the photos looked like it would be a great atmosphere. Oh boy, this place was STELLAR. Firstly, the experience of walking down the alleyway with fairy lights on top made me feel like I was walking down Diagon's Alley in Harry Potter. The inside was modern industrial, exposed brick with amazing photgraphy prints. Tons of open space and a great atmosphere. The clientele was a mix of young professionals and seniors enjoying their day. I honestly felt like I was in a King Street West Cafe in Toronto (actually, its better than most cafes in Toronto.) I believe they serve Pilot Coffee, which is AMAZING, and they have a great food and wine selection for lunch. It's more expensive than your local Tim's, but much MUCH better than any Starbucks. The staff were also very kind and made sure you were having a great experience. I wish I could uproot this place and bring it back home with me. Excellent coffee, excellent service. The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding more extension cords and hubs so all tables could have closer access to power if need be. I ended up having to use an outlet a bit further away from my table. Can't wait to come back here! And please open an outpost in Toronto!!!!
Once you walk down the alley and locate Gibson & Company, you are in for a treat. They have a great coffee bar that uses Pilot beans. I loved the oat milk flat white I had and bonus points because they use Minor Figures. I was looking to get a bottle of wine to go as well. They have a great selection of price points and they stock natural wine too, which is what I was looking for. A great spot, I look forward to coming back and having a glass of wine.
Delicious coffee and hot chocolate, environment was cool and stylish, great collection of wines. But unfortunately awful customer interaction experience. Staff was dry, bland and simply not happy to be there and it definitely shows. I would highly recommend you adjust your staffs attitude or you’ll quickly loose the local Collingwood clientele!
Absolutely wonderful spot to dine or just have drinks. I have the most delicious sandwich there and the owner Keaton is such a nice fellow.
