After 6 years of irregular sleep, I chose to see Dr. Aranka Jones to hopefully find a solution to my sleeping disorders. She is an amazing naturopathic practitioner who's main interest was my well being. At no point during my appointments did I have the impression that she was 'after my money' or tried to convince me to do something I didn't think would be helpful. I really appreciated how Dr. Aranka Jones worked with me in order to see the bigger picture of my sleeping disorders and discussed several treatment options with me, before making my final decision. Overall she had a very holistic approach and gave me so many recommendations & so much advice beyond just my sleeping disorders. 3 months later, I am happy to say that I have been sleeping almost every night for more than 6 hours in a row. Naturopathic medicine may not work for everyone, but I can highly recommend to try and find out with the help of Dr Aranka Jones as she is an expert in her field & extremely kind & helpful in more ways than just her official title.
