We went in on a Sunday afternoon - very pleased with the service when we walked in the door. Someone came to help us and directed us over to the tile section where we wanted to look at tiles for a shower as we were renovating our bathroom. After picking out a tile we liked we asked if we could receive a quote for the job. The girl said no problem that it was complimentary and she took down our contact information. She let us know right away that they were really busy with commercial projects at the moment and they could book us in about a month to do the job. We thought that wouldn’t be a problem as we still had a lot of demo to do on the bathroom and that would give us enough time to get the shower ready. She told us that someone would be able to come out first thing the next morning to take a look and provide a quote. This worked out as my boyfriend was off. Come to find out nobody ever showed up or called. We were not impressed. It was a small job and not worth their while. They are only interested in big commercial jobs. Wish she would have mentioned that upfront and we would have gladly gone elsewhere. Wasted our time. Would not recommend.
