Very fresh compared to some locations however, there are issues with the online billing system and I was charged three times. Instead of management returning my call and rectifying it immediately, I had to call again. I had a bank account frozen due to their system and am owed a refund. No apology for the charges or inconvenience, just that it had to be sent to head office so I wait to be reimbursed. I won't return to this location due to poor customer service on the Manager's part.Mistakes happen but an apology or quicker response to have it rectified would have gone a long way

This one comes from watching the manager being on their cell phone, with their mask at their chin while handling food and touching sanitary items on the line. Wear a mask or don't. But wash your hands after touching your phone or anything that hasn't been sanitized before coming to the sanitary prep line. Whether it's a covid pandemic or not, that is extremely bad practice. I hope food & safety sees this... Update to response from owner: resteraunts sanitary practices means hands are to be properly washed prior to gloves being put on, and proper donning and doffing techniques to be used for gloves for entering sanitary food preparation areas and for handling of food. None of which were performed while handling food or touching of equipment on the line. Only when a customer showed up, the facemask was put on, hands were not washed after touching face/mask, or before gloves put on . Prior to the customer arrival, I watched as food was being handled and equipment touched directly after and during the use of a cell phone with the mask down at the chin. Proper methods are to be practiced at all times. This was all being done by the \boss lady\, better training starts at the top! My one star will remain as a reminder to these poor practices, and I know how much they hurt.
