Horrible service, never returns calls, false promises. I think he bites off more then he can chew at one time and the customer pays the price. Will never do business here again!
I've been going to Joe since college, no matter the issue he has a solution. I think there was one problem that he couldn't help with so he went above and beyond and found someone locally who could help me. Great service!!
bunch of jokers running this place over charged me for my pc by 4,000 then wouldn't return my calls eventually the gpu fried itself because the wireless card was blocking the fan it was also plagued with overheating problems had to get the whole thing reworked don't get a pc built by them I don't know how good their vintage pcs are though, but if you want high quality avoid this place
Being going to Clockwork Computers for at least 5- 6 years never had a problem Joe and the staff are awesome and there very reasonable.
I went in there just to get a fan from them and i ended up walking out with more because that store is amazing.the customer service was absolutely amazing thank you joe and sara for the amazing experience in your store
Stay away from Joe's Clockwork Computers. Didn't hear from him for weeks after I left my device in his care. He never returned my repeated calls. Also, animals (cats) walking all over the store and all over customer equipment in the back. I am deathly allergic to cats. Can't even go near my device after picking it up from him. Nothing personal - from a business standpoint, I was very turned off by all of these things.
You will find great service here. Joe is friendly and knows the way around a computer! Definitely reccomend this business's services!
