I called them on Saturday and had my visit for the immigration on Monday morning! Everything went super fast. Nice and friendly staff and doctors. Only drawback of my visit was the radiologist that messed up something and left me waiting for long time. But as soon as I asked to the lady at the reception everything was solved immediately! UPDATE - 1 star less: Two weeks are passed and still the results are not ready/have not been sent to IRCC

The clinic was extremely busy, phones ring all the time, yet I did not wait more than 5 minutes until the nurse saw me. She took required blood and immediately sent me for x-rays. I also met with the Doctor. The staff was diligent, polite and very considerate. The clinic is modern, very well maintained and equipment appears new. I was extremely satisfied.

Nayle is really nice and helpful when I call to make the appointment. Location is ease to access. The whole process takes about 1 hour. Smoothy and efficient !

I booked my appointment using the contact form on their website and asked a few questions by mail. Answers were brief but fast. I got an appointment for the following week. I went there on a Monday at 2pm during the covid period. The clinic was almost empty. 3 patients inside the clinic. I felt relatively safe from other people. I was earlier and stayed there for about 30-45min. With the low count of people, it allowed me to take the exam on after the others. Everybody was professional without being disrespectful. To people curious the tests as of 2020/2021 are: blood, urine, lungs xray and generic health check with the doctor. Regarding parking, you'll have to find a spot in the street or to a nearby parking. Nothing special made for visitors. I'll update my review once i receive the results.

The speed of immigration medical examination is fast. Doctors and nurses are kind and helpful. Everything is great except the person who answers the phone. I don't know why the clinic still keep this person. She is rude and impatient. I just want to ask what does my mom need to bring to the clinic. She said \oh my god\ and hang the phone. To be honest, this is the only reason why I give it 4 stars.
