I visited this clinic to take out my old IUD and replace it with a new one. I entered the appointment very nervous (my first IUD insertion 5 years prior at a different clinic was very painful), but Dr. Fernandez went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the procedure. He explained what he was doing every step of the way while reassuring me. His insertion was 10000x less painful than my previous insertion. There was also a nurse (whose name I missed) that was amazing! She held my hand during the process and went above and beyond to make me smile and feel better. Will 10/10 be returning to this clinic in the future. Thanks everyone!

If you can get through the curt and off-putting administrative assistant maybe your experience will be better than mine but judging from other comments relating to the medical staff, it's not looking good. I asked to reschedule my appointment to another available Friday, as that's my only day off. They ignore it repeatedly and offer every other day of the week except the one I explicitly said was available. I took that as a sign that I could take my health concerns elsewhere.

So I decided to go to this clinic from a friend who also went here. I got an appointment pretty fast compared to other places, especially with Covid. Then I read reviews and was nervous to go. I went anyway and honestly everything went great. When arrived the receptionist were really kind. Dr. Fernandez was clear, asked me all about the reason I was there and normal health questions. The procedure was quick and painless, plus he would tell me each time he was doing something. Good experience.

The main problem of this clinic is their gynecologist, Dr. Fernandez. I've never seen such a lack of empathy when in contact the medical professional. Cold, pretentious, lack of communication and thorough explanation about the session and interventions. If you dont wish to hurt your self esteem (and body!) do not go to this clinic.

The receptionist is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. I asked to know a simple question if a test is done on the site and although she knew the answer she simply kept on saying she couldn't help me and I have to call IVR.
