I have visited several times in the last few months, and have now stayed in a couple of rooms. There has definitely been some improvements going on. The motel is VERY clean. Rooms have been painted, carpets have been cleaned, and staff has been very friendly. Definitely looking forward to coming back. The bedding was very comfortable.

Before checking in we were under the impression the pool was open for the kids, After checking were informed it was closed. The room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke (it says non smoking room ) . The toilet had urine on outside of bowl that wasn’t cleaned and around outside of bowl where it fixes to the ground yellow / hair . Bathtub was filmy I washed out for my kids to shower. Internet wifi very poor, would NOT recommend and we will NOT stay here again
The Good: The RV Sites are very well kept. They are semi-private, there are a few trees providing some shade (which is awesome). The washroom and Laundry area was very well kept as well. Clean, bright, and spacious showers. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. The Bad: The Sewage drain would over flow. (Which is highly unsanitary) The people in the office, not only over charged us by a day but when they figured out that they had done so, "attempted" to refund for the extra day and ended up charging again for an extra day. Causing a huge argument. (Eventually after 4 trips to the office it was dealt with) but they were rude and did not need to be when they are the ones that continued to make the mistakes. They do have wifi but it does not work that well. (With a wifi repeater it picked up nicely though)
Place is gross, poorly maintained and not as advertised.They tried to photo copy all of our drivers licenses after our first day and kicked us out after we would not comply with their illegal request. Stay at your own risk.
Basic motel, decent size rooms but not a lot around clearwater. Only stayed for one night and that was enough.

Owner is rude. Threatens to throw us out if we disagree to moving RV site after we were all set up. WiFi is unusable. Do not stay there.
Really enjoyed the RV park. Most of the sites are VERY large. We were able to park our long box crew cab in front of our 35 foot trailer and our car behind and still have tons of room. The whole campground is fenced. There are a few low overhead wire so remember to lower your antenna. Power seemed to be good. Owner was friendly. We will stay here again.
