I always get good service there. But them too have been out of the flu shot.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for about a year and a half. The service at this pharmacy is frustrating. I continuously have issues renewing prescriptions, where I am always told that I have to wait to the absolute last minute to renew or my insurance does not cover the costs. I have never had this issue with other pharmacies or the Jean Coûtu in Orleans. Additionally, the staff, specifically at the pharmacy, are annoyed on a regular basis. They are not friendly and never have a smile when addressing customers.

This pharmacy is the worst. My mom takes the same medication every week but each time she goes and picks them up on Wednesday, they say they are out of them and will only receive there shipment tomorrow. Horrible horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They are not friendly either. Especially that Lorie girl. She is rude with service with no smile.

The owner, Josée, is fantastic. She is compassionate and understanding. The staff is polite even through my many outbursts. They’ve never judged me and I absolutely love them for it. I used to have major anxiety when walking into a pharmacy, i don’t have any anxiety anymore when I come here.

The person that served me, black haired pharmacist was rude and it was as if I was disturbing her. ( at the time there were 5 other people working in the pharmacy) customer service training should be a prerequisite for some people that serve the public.
