Worst 2 years of experiences my poor daughter and I endured at this office. I was overcharged on several occasions. Changes in treatment plans constantly. Appliances were always literally falling out. So many staff in and out, either brain dead or plain out RUDE and uneducated. Necessary paperwork that had to be done for my benefits was not, so I had to pay thousands out of my pocket. Treatment plans are so cosmetic with this orthodontist rather than what needs to be done to straighten teeth and have a healthy mouth. We now go to Red Deer Orthodontics and IT IS THE BEST OFFICE you would ever encounter. Happy place, beautiful office and HUGE, no waiting yet its always so busy (we rarely seen any patients at city orthodontist) gets the job done and costs thousands less without all the unnecessary cosmetic appliances and surgeries, also top of the line technology that no one else has yet. No wonder its #1 in Central AB! Don't waste your time, or your money, just don't book an appt. with City at all.

The 2 and a half years i have been with City Orthodontics they have always made sure i am comfortable and help learn more about my braces while i watch the progress of my teeth straightening. City Orthodontics is a great place to go for braces.
My son sees Dr. Saleh at the Edmonton location and it has always been a wonderful experience. My son has a very difficult case and in the year we have seen Dr. Saleh his teeth have made amazing progress. This is my second child needing orthodontics and i can say that City Orthodontics is completely fair in their pricing.
City orthodontics is a great place to get your braces and your appliances done. They are very gentle and they are different from other orthodontics. Because instead of toys and stuff you get to earn points. By like being on time and having clean teeth. There are also many more ways to earn points. If you have started city orthodontics you can go on a web site to earn points one more example is what I am doing right now I am writing a review and getting 25 points. So any ways once you have so many points you can cash them in for gift cars including Toys R Us. Hope you choose city orthodontics to get your braces or appliances done it makes a big difference. City Orthodontics has very nice staff and dentists. They are great with kids and we've enjoyed our visits. They have helped us alot with our sons dental problems.
INTEGRITY !! PROFESSIONAL!! AFFORDABLE !! My son was referred to City Ortho 2 1/2 years ago by Heritage Family Dental. My son had a complicated case as he was missing 3 teeth and needed to have his jaw moved. Dr. Saleh made this huge process for my son a great experience. Dr Saleh cares about his patients so much he was kind enough to call my son at home to see how he was doing after a tough treatment. I can't say enough about how kind and caring the Doctor and staff is. They're always encouraging the kids with great incentives and prizes. The prices at City Ortho are affordable . We did get quotes at other offices in Red Deer and they couldn't compare to City Orthos. We had no hidden fees like mouth guards for hockey or for the appliances needed after his braces come off. Dr. Saleh's price included EVERYTHING. Thank you City Orthodontics ️️️️️
