Fixed the glass on my watch perfectly and sold and fitted a new strap. Originally quoted 65 for the glass but only charged 45 as apparently it was easier than originally thought to replace. Great customer service!
I have, over the years, been a loyal and satisfied customer of Mr. and Mrs. Leung. They are extremely professional, friendly, and patient. They have by far the best prices on all repairs and services. As well as reliable repairs for my needs. Finding a top-notch watch and clock repair specialist is like finding and keeping a trustworthy and reliable auto mechanic. Once you've found one, you never let them go. I won't. Such wonderful people. Helped me after hours (I volunteered to come back the next day but they insisted), fixed a watch I thought was destined for the bin, and charged extremely fair prices. A small thing I appreciated: even though I'm not offended in the slightest by others speaking the or native language around me, I noticed they only spoke to each other in English while I was in ear shot. That shows their willingness to put their customer's needs ahead of their own. Very impressed, they will be my go to from now on.
