Thank you for your support and your patience during these unprecedented times. Our mission is to connect people with nature through outdoor recreation and experiential learning. Circle R Ranch is a summer camp and outdoor education centre.  In the fall and spring, we offer western horseback trail riding and lessons.  During the winter, cross country skiing and snowshoeing are available.  Outdoor education programming is offered in the fall, winter, and spring for schools and other groups.  We also provide facility rental, birthday parties, wagon rides, and more. Day Camp Overnight Camp Leadership Day campers experience the thrills, fun, and adventure of camp and return home each evening. Day campers can play, explore, spend time in the outdoors and make new friends while having the time of their lives! Circle R Ranch overnight camp provides an opportunity for personal growth and development. Living in a community setting offers campers a physically and emotionally safe venue for developing life-long friendships, a strong sense of belonging and increased self-esteem. Our leadership programs provide life skills, resume-building experiences, and have proven to develop strong leaders. Participants gain valuable leadership experience in preparation for a variety of employment opportunities, including working at Circle R Ranch. Summer Camp at Circle R Ranch Circle R Ranch Summer Camp COVID-19 Update & FAQ Since 1966 we have been providing quality, safe, and welcoming summer camp programs for youth aged 5-16. Living and participating in a community setting offers campers a physically and emotionally safe venue for developing life-long friendships, a strong sense of belonging and increased self-esteem. Campers gain independence, learn about responsibility, and come to understand how their own actions can impact other people. At Circle R we offer day camp, overnight camp, and leadership programs, including a variety of programming and activities for kids of all ages! During the school year we also offer PA day camps, and a March Break day camp. Other Activities Coyote Mentoring for Youth Connects children ages 7-14 with nature (limited 15 children per session). Activities include wild food foraging, plant/animal identification, tracking, survival shelter building and primitive skills! More Information. Birthday Parties Celebrate your child’s birthday at the ranch! Enjoy a meal along with a choice of pony rides, a hayride, or a farm animal tour. Or all three! There are alternative birthday programs and more information here. Facility Rentals Your company, church group, or neighbourhood association can book our main lodge and/or a picnic site for an evening get-together, afternoon family outing, or for a holiday or staff party.
