This company's doctors work for insurance!! They r bias ...no matter how many medical reports u have showing all ur problems from numerous non bias medical doctors and professionals...they lie, and falsify reports for insurance companies just to get paid! They exam u for five minutes, poke u in 3 places and tell insurance ur fine. This is absolutely wrong and and sickening! These doctors r supposed to follow an oath... instead they follow corruption and money. Karma will always follow people...just wrong in all ways. I suggest people record any appointments they go to with insurance company's doctors. Very wrong what they do to people and I hope the government will finally look into these things.

These guys had me take a day off and told I had to show up or I will be charged yesterday. Now I got here at 0915 for my 0930 appointment with Dr Williams. They waited until 0058 to tell me that the Doctor canceled my appointment within telling them even though their system has me booked in and confirmed. The Doctor sends the receptionist to tell me there's nothing they can do but reschedule. I live in Scarborough and this is all way in Mississauga. How is that these are the people insurance companies use to assess clients. How can anyone be a psychotherapist and be so insensitive.
They scheduled the first appointment for me after my car accident at a closed clinic back, and have never been on time to open their office for my assessment appointments in the early morning a year later. Bad customer service at the front desk. Very unprofessional.

Doctors paid by your insurance company to stop your benefits. They spend less then 15 minutes with you. Sad that they spent all those years getting educated to not help people in need. I wonder how they sleep at night knowing their whole hypocractic oath is now to save multimillion dollar insurance companies from paying out health benefits that the working class need to get by.
Their job is to fk you up if you have a claim no matter what kinda of problems you have they won't consider it even if you have proofs and reports from doctors or hospital. Be aware of them
