BEWARE! - Their mats move all the time, they don't look good and they are a tripping hazard. The company is not honoring their service promise or contract commitment. G&K offer's the worst customer service, they short deliver and overcharge.
From petawawa, Santiago is awesome, always have the stuff we need and our uniforms are always on time! Always a great guy to work with!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I should have figured something was up when Matt Murdock showed up in a Range Rover and we are dealing with carpets for the office (3 carpets) 3X10. Sneakly he had us sign a five year deal 60- months! Not one and done. Never again, don't use these guys terrible service, no room to move you are stuck. Just awful. Glen Reed Service Supervisor no compassion you signed a contract... then come pick up the dirty mats you just put down and towels. They wrote they intend to hold one to the contract. Who needs these mats in the summer and Matt knew this. All i can say is don't get burned by these guys terrible organization,especially the Ottawa group. Once bitten, going to seek legal counsel on these guys, nothing but fraudsters.
