Went last Thursday and it was GREAT! It was pretty quiet, maybe only 3 families at the most that day at any given time. At one point we were the only family in there. The employees were friendly and they did a great job in ensuring everything was being sanitized regularly. The kids climber was closed along with every other game to ensure social distancing. Chuck E. and his friends were communicating via their devices at home Oh, one more thing. They no longer stamp your hands. You are now required to take a group selfie which you will show when leaving. I thought it was kind of cute.

Good service, fun machines and the food is pretty decent too. The birthday party packages are quite cost effective as they come with lots of free game coins and they also allow you to bring in a cake from outside. The servers are very helpful and the kids have a blast. Great location to host a kiddie Bday party.

Wow even I had fun but i guess you can say im a kid
None of us like their greasy overpriced food! It was around 40 for a family pizza meal. We took our 10 yro daughter their to have some fun after an all day event in Etobicoke. The play passes are also expensive. 17 for 30 mins of play time. Which was difficult to do alot since it was so busy with birthday party kids and no parental supervision watching most of these kids. My child would be playing a game and another kid would cut in front of her. I saw a woman allowing her child to climb up the Ski-ball games and they were mixing balls from 2 into one machine so noone could play the other one. Then some games we went to 3 in a row were all out of tickets so I had to go look for a staff member and explain that they were all out and she wasn't getting her tickets. They really need to have someone monitoring the play area obviously! She still enjoyed playing, but a lot of wasted time! It was nice to have a machine count your tickets and print a single ticket at the end.
Fast service, delicious pizza, affordable prices. In general, this place is perfect for a family lunch or dinner, as well as for a meeting with friends.
Befor it was the good place to take kids to enjoy games and food but now games the same but food not the same quality
Nice place for kids, they enjoy the whole day there, prices are very reasonable, there's also tables to sit if you want to wait for your kids.
