Im sorry to say I have had on going issues with my place and had very poor results poor workmanship very slow reaction to fix any defects poor dry wall and painting. had major water leak from roof with no attention paid to my to my problem no response to an E mail or even someone to come and check out what the problem might be very disappointed with management of the company.talk to at #52

Small hike ... but people everywhere they are not supposed to be
This company is completely untrustworthy. StoneCroft developed condo buildings in Calgary AB, which they claimed to of \lost\ money on, then made the condo owners subsidized their missed payments to the Condo Board. Which they then developed another 3 buildings in other areas of the city. I would highly not recommend buying from this type of builder where they don't live up to contract obligations.
Cozy and well kept grounds.
First phase of building completed, decent quality homes gated community, finishes are nice.
