I just want to give a massive shout out to Cindy Wortley who has been through this entire process with me from the start!! It is never easy to put yourself out there and ask for help when a situation arises that can no longer be personally controlled. Cindy never made me feel ashamed, she was clear and concise about the process, I never felt pressured or pushed into anything and she was always there when I needed her, night and day! I feel very fortunate to have had such a caring and compassionate associate helping me out, when I felt like I was drowning in debt. I was never once confused and understood exactly what was happening at all times as well as constantly updated on what was going to happen next! I heard about Sands & associates through another friend who was going through something similar. They contacted me right away and I was lucky enough to have Cindy on my side! A few years ago our dream of home ownership in the suburbs collapsed under the crushing weight of the compounding interest that accrued on our unsecured loans. We knowingly accepted the CC offers that came into our mail box and used these to make up the shortfall in our income. Dumb I know now, but presented as entirely reasonable at the time. The team at Sands and Co provided us with the necessary reset button that we could not find. Basically they arranged for us to have the protection of the Courts while we followed their instructions and began an orderly supervised repayment regimen. Admittedly the plan was not pain free. On the other hand we were not reduced to KD Mac and Cheeze either, and we were able to keep our home. Two years after making our consumer proposal we were able to pay off our outstanding obligation and the fees associated with the settlement agreement. Seven years of credit supervision remained (No personal loans, no credit cards, no credit of any kind.) I am pleased to say that the discipline allowed us to retain out ticky tacky home on a postage stamp lot and three months ago we retired our mortgage. Thank you Sands and thank you to the friends that recommended Sands specifically among debt consolidation firms. We could not do this journey without you. Cheers, Fred.

I would without hesitation gladly and willing recommend Sands and Associates to anyone with debt issue!!! We had the unbelievable pleasure of having Sandra as our representative who immediately made us feel at home and comfortable. She then very patiently listened to our issue and was at the ready with answers and encouragement.
