Experienced something extremely traumatic and was sent here by worksafe only to be met with a very toxic counsellor. Once she realized she had trouble getting through to me she became very rude, sarcastic and snarky. Once I chose to remove myself from her sessions she actually wrote an email trying to say I was faking everything for “gain”. I recorded our sessions and played them to another counsellor and they were absolutely shocked at how she behaved towards me. I wasn’t sure about leaving a review but this is really unacceptable.

My experience with Dr. Ainsworth was not very good. Very disorganized and wasted a lot of valuable time during what is a very expensive hour. Did not listen to my concerns. I made the mistake of wanting to go back and see her after she had seen me in the past to avoid starting over with a new psychologist. She couldn't even be bothered to phone me back. I have serious mental health issues and it's absolutely been taxing on me to have to deal with such unprofessional behaviour from someone who I had to go through great efforts to even start seeing. Do not recommend her if you are struggling, she will not listen to you.
