Absolutely amazing experience! Every staff member I dealt was exceptional. The person who provided the quote was knowledgeable, friendly, and available to answer follow up questions - a total problem solver. The installation crew were on time, fast, courteous - total pros. The clerical staff were super friendly and really wanted to make sure that my experience was positive. The electrician did amazing work - by far the best electrician I have ever dealt with and well priced. The cost for the whole experience was extremely competitive. If you need A/C, look no further, you can't go wrong with Neels.

Consumers stay away PRICE GOUGERS!!!..please be aware of this company they overcharge and price gouge you .I was charged 120 for a 20 minute visit and charged five times for a three dollar part which I think is unfair .To top it off at no time were we told there was a minimum charge. I tried to be reasonable with these people and offered to pay a half an hour for his 20 minute visit and two times the cost of the three dollar part.And because the bill was in my daughters name as I was out of country at that time they wanna put it through collections for 71.13.I spoke with Katherine and she stated to me\I am not changing the bill and your reviews will not matter to us\ omg what a response!!....unbelievable stay away.

We had an issue with our older valor fireplace a few months ago and had a different fireplace company come and take a look at it He was very helpful but said that if something else happens to it, it could not be repaired as parts were not available for it. When we needed help again, we called them back and the guy said that he told us that nothing could be done as it was too old. A different company was called and they said they couldn't get out to look at it for a couple of weeks. We didn't want to have to wait as we used it for heat regularly. Consequently, we called Neels because I recognized the name on vehicles while I was working in Agassiz. They sent a fellow out before 9 the next morning. He spent a few minutes checking it out, went out to his truck, found a universal thermocouple, put it in and it works just perfectly. Then he said that we were paying him for an hour and was there something else he could check while he was here. He checked our furnace even though we had it serviced recently and went on his way. When the time comes for any other service with heating system, we will be giving them the first call. They were the perfect responders for our healing needs. Dec 2019 We had to call them a second time and received the same great service. Am so glad we found someone we can count on to fix our older fireplace!

I tried to book an appointment on Wednesday for some furnace/heat pump and AC work. I was told that someone would get back to me to book an appointment no later than the end of the next day. Okay, no problem. Thursday, Friday, Saturday......nothing. On Monday, I called to make sure that they had my correct number, which they did. I told them to forget the whole thing and that I'd find someone else. I was a new customer, but potentially a good one and they ignored me. I'm not sure what their technical work is like, but their customer service sucks.

Highly, highly recommend Neels. They did an awesome job installing our new furnace and air conditioning. When we had a problem and our heat wasn’t working, they were there in no time to get us all fixed up running again. Just great people and the customer service is unbeatable!!!
