Great place to load and unload your storage stuff. We had that entire hallway filled with stuff and not once we're we bothered. Plugs all over to test out your old electronics.

Charged me more than a friend of mine and our lockers were the same size. Upon renting I paid a damage deposit and informed them I'd only need the unit for 2 months. Yet I was denied my damage deposit refunded, when the 2 months came to an end, because I didn't give them 30 days notice before vacating. My argument was that I told them when I got the locker when I'd be vacating and they said that didn't count. Anyways... It's clean and has a secure passcode system.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Clean storage units.The only thing I would change is it would be nice to be able to access my storage any time 24/7 however I do understand why this is not the case. But for me since I work night shifts it hard for me to have the energy during the daytime to move things and by the time I'm usually awake and ready to do things it's like 7 or 8 pm so I never have enough time to get things in and out of my storage. Having said that I have had a really great experience dealing with them and I highly recommend this business.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barb and MY Storage! I've had a unit here for 2 years as well as worked here. I have always been treated with respect and valued as a customer and an employee. Which is very important to me. Best Storage facility in Chilliwack hands down! A very welcoming environment!
