A huge shout out to Sarah P. for making this place a 5 star experience.... Hearing Life in Chilliwack is the best place if you're looking for World Class customer service. They take care of you better than any other place...… Words can't explain the highly commendable job this team has being doing in serving its customers to the best..... Certainly, the best example of perfection and how to take care of your customers... Everybody in this office is so polite, friendly and professional at the same time..... Jaime the receptionist is so helpful, and polite and always helps you whenever you need Hearing Life.... and as I mentioned above Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure customers get the best service and are taken care of. What a team!!! (Due to some personal reasons, I had to move from BC to Calgary and these guys in Chilliwack are still taking care of me) ..Unbelievable service, and once again thank you Sarah for everything...… Highly recommended for sure!!!

The staff are most supportive in listening to my problem. I could not ask for any better service. My recent purchase of the \top of the line\ hearing aides and the 90 day trial to get them adjusted was very satisfactory. These are my third set.
I had a very good experience at this location,and was sold the right,quality hearing aids by professional,courteous staff.In particular,Sarah,the technician who I dealt with,was an amazing,very knowledgeable young lady,who treated me with respect,and who was a pleasure to deal with.I highly recommend this location if you need a hearing aid!
These professionals always display the utmost in professionalism and patience whenever I’ve dealt with them. I never feel rushed or pressured, and because of their patience, I have a far better understanding of my hearing deficits. I highly recommend HearingLife Chilliwack.
