Worst place to go to ! Very rude ! Wrecked our boat putting holes in our boat when they mounted the wrong tower ! Tony is very rude and has no people skills and won’t take responsibility for any damages he did. I WOULDN'T recommend putting trust into this place.

Purchased a pre owned boat and traded in our other older, smaller boat. Tony and Tracy were honest, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated their help with going over and above with the purchase and paperwork process. Will definitely return for future service and boating needs.

Twice I have called out there to get some info on a boat and both times I have had the terrible experience of dealing with Tracey on the phone, very short quite rude and the first time left me on hold for nearly 15 mins to answer a very simple question that a “pro” should know about a product they are selling definitely would make a 3rd attempt to shop there the first two were already against friends warning us of the terrible customer service they had received both from Tracey and Tony previously. Just a heads up to anyone in the future shop around before you attempt Extreme
