Did not know they had a new mask policy. When I asked about it I got rude responses from the receptionist. At the end of it all they refused me and my daughters appointment. Got the cops threatened on us. All because I wouldn't shut up when Dr. CHANDHEEB told me to. Talks to people like they are 5, tells clients to shut up and refuses service if you ask questions. Sad they were very rude in front of my kids. Update: 3 police officers showed up as I was trying to calm myself in my car. Such an embarrassing experience for me and my children. The police basically laughed it off as they seemed confused by the policy as well.

I've had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Dr. Chandheeb Rajakumar. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful during my my appointment with him. On the other hand I've dealt with their \Office Manager\ on two seperate occasions and she has been very unprofessional in speaking with me. She interrupts sentences so you cannot have your questions heard as well as having a short tempered and rude demeanour. She made an appointment for me without verbal confirmation, and without my knowledge and then admonished me for \missing\ the appointment. When I asked to speak directly with Dr. Rajakumar I was told he would return my call so I could speak about my concerns, unfortunately he refused to allow them to be heard as the receptionist informed me he would not be calling me.
Dr. Rajakumar performed surgery on my neck and, what can I say, other than he was great. From the first consultation to post surgery, he showed his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Although the incision was quite long, the healing over the three weeks since the surgery has been amazing and is less noticeable than I had thought it would be at the 3-6 month mark. I highly recommend and thank Dr. Rajakumar and Tracy, his office assistant, for the great work they do!
Recently had a surgery with Dr. Rajakumar. He was great before the surgery and at post op and did such a great job with the surgery. My incision looks amazing after only 3 weeks of healing. I personally found his receptionist helpful and polite
