Shannon: overview of screens, availability of selected screen, time frame of having screen inserted, and follow-up after workmanship,very professional. Terry: scheduled installation started right on time, completed quickly, gave good advice on screen care, a professional job, obviously very experienced. Jake: responded with an assistant within a few hours of report regarding screen buckling at bottom. Reviewed situation. Made a few adjustments. Expained what may have caused problem. ( the mat) Knowledgeable, experienced, and a good listener.

Came in here for quick sale and some information and the employees here couldn't be bothered to help. They looked at us like we didn't belong one person said go that person the other person didn't even look up to answer my uncle my husband. Worst experience defaintly won't be coming here with our business not mention our own company their loss we will find someone else to supply us with our needs
We just had all of our windows replaced by chilliwack window and door. We are so happy with how they look! The crew that did the work were super friendly and hard working. They answered all of our questions and concerns and totally made us feel at ease. They cleaned up each day and left our home better than when they came. We are 100% happy with the product and the customer. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

One of the worst examples of customer service I have encountered in years. It took close to six weeks to complete a job that I was advised would take a couple of hours when I walked in thier shop in mid August. The installers repeatedly were a no show for scheduled appointments and the company representative simply shrugged it off as they must be too busy that day. When they finally showed up workers were found standing in my kitchen sink to install a screen, a broken window was still not repaired and we had a promise of return in 3 days. Weeks later the job was attended to again... and left incomplete again, but not before we were handed a bill. Finally they finished a week later and offered a 50 discount. The quality of work is acceptable. If not for the absolute run around, constant lack of consideration for the people waiting most of the day for installers, as told was required by company representative, that never showed or even bothered to call this rating would be higher. An apology would have been good instead of a barrage of excuses. There was no point where anyone in this company took ownership or responsibility for this gong show. They are likely to repeat the same pattern I fear. At the end of it all after the way we were treated I find myself only wishing I could rate them lower.
