I've had enough. Been here many times since I moved to Chilliwack 5 years ago. Probably spent at least 3000 on various small power equipment and parts. Tired of the poor customer service. It shouldn't take 15 minutes just to be acknowledged to get a spark plug for a chainsaw when you are the only customer in the store. Will be traveling to the next nearest Stihl dealer from now on.

Gary and ken and other front line staff are always eager to please and HELP I get treated like a million bucks..have purchased several lawn mowers from Cascade and its always a great experience Front counter staff have always looked after me with all my parts orders and the boys in the back have helped with all my special information requests.. : ) The cashier Girls are always on top of it..making Gary look good ! : ) Thanks Guys ...yor awesum Vic and Becky Turcott

Great store with the best stock and pricing around! Ive been shopping here for years and even though I no longer live in the Fraser Valley any time I'm passing through I will make the effort to stop in and buy something! The staff has been rude and arrogant almost everytime I walk in the store. I asked them to order in a chainsaw for me and they never called. I wouldn't shop there unless I absolutely needed a part for my outboard motor. Even then, they would be my last resort. I live in the South end of chilliwack, so I go to Foreshore equipment in Abby. First time I walked in, they were super nice and help full. They carry way more stock. I have no affiliation to them
