Facility is pretty clean and has good access. Don’t bother dealing with the GM, I’ve never met anyone so rude, no such thing as customer service with him. But the rest of the staff has been nice and helpful so that kept me around.
I was scrambling around trying figure out how I would down size both my brother and mom and move at the same time. I knew it was going to take time. I ended up using the unit for about a year and a half. I'm glad I did because it wouldn't of been possible otherwise. I unpacked everything and it is fresh just like I packed it on day one. This really helped me so much. I will use them again when I need it in the future. This place is so clean. Arron and Diane really care about setting you up so you can put your things away and, know they will be secured. It's one less thing to worry about.
At first working for this company was very exciting. The customers are all fantastic. But as time went on things slowly started to darken. Policies aren't always followed, scenarios are blown way out of proportion, and the amount of belittling employees from management was just too much. Therefore finding other employment was in my greatest interests.
Overall, quite disappointed with the lack of enforcement of the few rules, but topping that is the very limited few parking spaces that are long term filled with trailers that don't move, and they allow semi trailers to be left over the last weekend of the month, blocking every spot except 1 for the entire storage facility. Office staff doesn't see the reason for anyone to complain over this.
