Children’s link is an amazing resource for any family who has a person with unique abilities. This organization has been so helpful for our family throughout our entire journey. We as a family have received helpful guidance with access to knowledgeable people who get what it means to be a parent of children with unique abilities. In particular, Lorna’s commitment to offering help, even last minute, at 8pm on a weekend no less, speaks to this agencies tireless commitment to aide families with their never ending task of navigating supports and advocating for services from pre-k through to adulthood. Our family is forever grateful for the support we have received. We can rest a little easier knowing that Children’s link and their help is only a phone call away. This organization is doing great work and I highly recommend that if you child has need of their services you reach out. We were delivering Christmas gifts for kids with them. What a blessing.
Lorna and Kelsey were amazing! We were struggling with all of the paperwork and processes of Guardianship, Trusteeship, and AISH for our daughter. Thank you to the Children's Link for their support as we work through the hoops of transitioning our daughter to the adult world of PDD, AISH and through guardian and trusteeship. There are so many questions we have and Lorna has been a source of knowledge and support, not just in filling out the paper work but in answering questions as we make decisions about what our daughter's future will look like.
