In my opinion the don't even deserve the 1 star. The girl working was rude not helpful. Said it was to busy with 1 oyher person in the bank not busy at all to print my statements and I would have to come back to pick them up and was going to charge me 15.99. DON'T GO TO THIS BANK. Easthills is so close and SUPER helpful. 0 stars for this bank 100% got 2 years of bank statements no questions asked so helpful.

One of the worst customer service I have seen in Calgary. They argue with customers. Customers can wait for the hours to get in but they can't wait for customer if any delay for any documents to show them even not 2 mins they start argue. And tell to move aside and call another customer. SPECIFICALLY THE OLD MAN ON THE TALLER.

Once again closed without notice for Covid-19 excuse and staffing issues. Needed to access safety deposit box. Other TD branches remain open and other banks in Chestermere remain open. TD being cheap and no customer service.

They don't worry about the customers at all. If you asked for an urgent issue, be sure that it will be proceeded with weeks of delay. You need to push them via main TD Customer Service to get a response. Looks like they do everything to minimize the number of customers in the branch.

They are "too busy" to work with customers. I visited the branch to open an a simple account. No one in the line and 4 agents on the counter. A senior agent said me that I had to book an appointment to open an account. OK , but I asked 'Is it possible to have the appointment now because no one in the line?', he said 'We all are TOO BUSY now' ... OK, guys, I am too busy to have deal with you again.

Very unprofessional and bad customer service.They didn't deposit our cheque because it was payable to 2 people and we didn't have a joint account. I called 2 other Td banks both said they would do it so went to east hill td and they deposited our cheque with no problem. I would think twice now before going there.

We have never had bad service at this bank, they are always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism would be that one of the financial advisors here opened the wrong type of account for our sons' RESP, and we missed out on some government grants because of it. But it was fixed later by another agent at the branch, and all is well. Overall, we are still very pleased with this branch and TD in general. Update: after 7 years of banking we are still very happy with TD. We have moved nearly all our accounts and financial products to TD so that we can see everything in one place. Their app is great for day to day banking, and their Web Broker is fantastic for maintaining investment accounts and trading stocks and mutual funds. We got great mortgage rate as well. We're still giving them a 5 star rating.
