I called this firm to unclog a kitchen drain, and was told by their receptionist that they only did 'emergency' work due to the Covid-19 virus, and the rates for that work were 250/hr. Got the work performed basically same day by another company whose name rhymes with 'alliance' at a fraction of the quote from Willie G's. The term gouging seems to fit here. Let's all remember the firms that tried to screw over Canadians during this time...
