Wonderful building! Nice suites. Great residents living here as well as awesome resident managers and an amazing assistant manager! I recommend living here.

4 star because i dont live there so dont have all the info. Nice clean Realstar managed building . handicap parking and access. Ample parking.

If you get a restored apartment it is extremely nice but pricey for Chatham, 3 stars due to the fact if my mother doesn't get 1 of the 8 handicap spot she has to walk from the back of the parking lot which you need a 4x4 to navigate
