My sincere compliments and appreciation to the manager of this location. I was having issues with the dryer in the car wash. It was shutting off after only about 20 seconds and my truck never got dried. I have the Season Pass card, so I have an investment in keeping my vehicle clean. After having a few discussions she figured out a couple of things that were causing the problem. 1) I have a 3” lift kit on my Ram 1500 2) I was driving too slowly through the dryer. If I get to the outside sensor before the dryer shuts off, then I get the full drying time. Thanks again for resolving my situation.

The guy managing the cash register was so frustrating. I had to pay for this separate and. Separate then I wanted to use my Petro card points to buy a 2 pot and I had to buy that separately and ring in differently. Just a frustrating time especially after a line of six people.

have been using the car wash here for 5 years. unfortunately now when the unit doesn't work properly they give you a free wash that must be used in 24 hours. why would I want to go back through if the unit isn't working?? sorry but not working for me with a season pass.... I will find a different location for next year
