When we ordered our pool we were not expecting it until next year (because of COVID) and I was very happy when they phoned and said our pool was in and they installed it the next week. Now I have all fall to build my deck around it having it ready for next year. The guys that installed our pool (Shaun and Mitch) were fantastic. My wife and I watched them put our pool in and I can't remember seeing anyone so efficient and friendly as they were. A third guy showed up later in the install and helped them finish it. He was also very friendly and eager to help. These guys are true professionals. I bought this pool from them simply because of their reputation and my wife and me are here to say all the 5 star reviews were well deserved. I would strongly recommend Bluewater Pools for anyone buying a pool. Thanks guys for the great service!!!

We bought our first hottub (Hotsprings SX model) from the folks at Blue Water Pools. They helped us choose a hot tub for therapeutic use. it was installed as scheduled. One service call was handled promptly and all is good. Great knowledgeable staff and we have told our family the best place to go from our experiences.
The best thing about this place is how they are never opened Sundays, close at 5 through the week and close early Saturday. For people with a job, it's a challenge to shop there. Otherwise, great people and they build heat pools. Fix your hours.
