My apponintment was for 9:10 pm. I arrived on time. Sat in a room till after 10:30 pm waiting for technician. I left at 10:40 pm. Only 2 cars in parking lot so obviously not busy. Tech was chatting when I walked by. Go to London and don't waste your time. If it was possible to score lower than a 1 star I would have.

Waited 5 weeks to see this \specialist\... I had a full page of symptoms, medications, etc...very detailed sleep patterns... he didnt look at ANY of it.. He took my blood pressure and said \Try this website and this sleep hygeine pamphlet\..... something every Insomniac has already been handed 20 times... I cant believe my health card was billed for this visit and this guy drives a Turbo S..... 3 minutes I was in there... this is not a very thorough clinic (Side note... no other patients were waiting and I was still not given the time to go over everything) Do NOT recommend this place.... All he tried to do was get me to go to a psych (his friend) and spend a bunch of money without coverage. I cant believe I have been off work (Doctors orders) for 6 weeks and this is the treatment I received here. The staff at the front was very nice but Im not to convinced this specialist is in the field for anything but the money. He never even went over my medical history...just my medications Im currently on... WASTE OF TIME... They could have literally called me and said \we cant help you\ last month when my info came through instead of making me wait for a 3 minutes appointment. Seems like alot of sleep clinics in the SW ontario area are all very poorly rated.
