Can't wait! One of the best Indian and Hakka Chinese Restaurant in Charlottetown.Varieties of food items we can choose from the giant menu. Butter Chicken, Naan bread, Samosa, and Chicken Tandoori are mouthwatering and delicious items we have picked from the big menu. I suggest to everyone please visit Spicey Chef Restaurant.

The food tastes fantastic as always but the only caveat is the service. For a WIN-WIN, the takeout/delivery is the best way to enjoy the delicious food.

Added after the reply of Owner ** Thank you for your reply Mr Owner but before your reply I must ask you to read my comment properly as I never argued about the 50%off … I agreed on the fact that it was for certain days.. This comment is totally honest and based on the taste of the food you serve… we also sent back two dishes from the table back to kitchen because of how worse they tasted… This time I hope you read this properly and accept others honest opinions.. everyone have their own taste and a right to speak… I didn’t like the food nor the service and neither did my friends so I committed truly based on it not for any discounts or something… I hope you get it. ** Worst day in PEI not because of the weather but because today I tried the spicey chef food in Charlottetown. Yeah that’s true.The server was rude and the food was burnt and moreover not even properly clean . And they don’t even remember the proper food order . Please don’t go there it’s better to cook at home and eat.
Food not that flavorfull and the oil used to cook some of the dishes tasted burnt. Even the server was very rude, a total rip off even the faulse display off promotion. I never recommend this in my wildest dream to anyone. Save money and try other places. .....worst restaurant in PEI till now
Food tasted pretty good, but the service and cleanliness were the worst I've ever had. Waitress wasn't friendly and pretty rude, 1 of us got our food 10 minutes before the others with no water refills until we got up and asked, most of the plates given were dirty with old food flakes on them and we had to awkwardly ask for new ones (we were polite and apologizetic for asking but she just took them and walked away without saying a word), our ordered drinks came about 20 minutes after we got the rest of our food. It was pretty uncomfortable for everyone, won't be going back to dine-in again.
Big menu with cozy and unique decor and vibe. Helpful staff. Not crowded. Good place to have a conversation. Website says Nepalese food, seems Indian. Got the Manchurian chicken which was like chicken curry mixed with beef gravy, not a ton of veg, rice ok, presentation was good, naan good.
Kind of okay food but don't expect a fast service or hospitality. They focus on online delivery orders too much to get your dine-in order before 30-45 min wait. This was my 2nd time almost walking out without getting my order.
