Within 15 minutes, Allan found the mattress my Mom had previously slept on before her move to PEI by looking up her file online. Very helpful and a good salesperson as he ensured she also purchased accessories that she needed. Well done!

Zero stars from me!! I will never be back to this store. I went in looking for a good pillow to help my sore neck. The person serving me immediately directed me to their most expensive products, telling me that this was the answer to my problems. When I took it home, it ended up causing more neck pain, not less. I took the pillow back to the store and was rudely told that pillows are non-returnable. Now, I understand this concept in principal, however, the service agent completely misrepresented the product! I expect people selling 200 pillows to know something about their products!! I was told that there was warranty with this pillow but apparently a product that causes more injury to a person is not a valid reason to honor a warranty. They also did NOT tell me that this was a final sale - nor was there signage in the store to inform customers of this. Sleep Country does not employ salesmen - they employ con-men!!!
