I bought a cell phone case at Cell Mix on October 2nd this year and it started freying around the edges within 2 weeks. I wasn't able to get back there until yesterday...the 5th of Nov.. The guy told me there were no returns or no refunds...and he said besides, 30 days had passed....(by 3 days), so he couldn't do anything about it. I paid 34.50 for it and it didn't last 2 weeks. It was junk. I can buy a better one on Amazon for less than half of what I paid at Cell Mix. I would advise people to beware of the overpriced junk they sell and their poor customer service.

They guys are doing very good job especially repair They also made me discount when i were buying some stuff together and they've almost everything hugh variety of phone cases. Trust me i compared the prices with others....these are cheaper than others

Excellent cell phone repair service at the store. Fast and professionl . Veriaty of phone cases selections to choose from. If you are looking to repair your cell phone this would be the best place I recommend .

Screen protector bubbled after install, during normal use I slid my finger across bubble under the protector and it cracked. So I returned to the store less than 24hrs later and inform the gentleman behind the counter of what happened and he says "that didn't happen" and proceeds to tell me he can order me a new one but it will take 15 day's and we dont offer refunds. So if that's the kinda service your looking for I'd say go for it however, if your looking for a painless purchase I would recommend Amazon.

If you looking for cheap phone case. This is the place, however, you get what you pay for. As for screen protectors, there not even the right one for the phone. Not wide enough to cover the whole screen. I would recommend to pass on the screen protectors.

The people who work here are rude and weird this guy always had a mysterious smile on his face. Any whey athey told me and my friends that HE needed to put the phone case on our phone before we bought it, he also did not have price tags on the phones. The worker was making up prices as we went along, also when we came back to return the phone case he said no returns and changed his whole entire outfit! He took my friends phone ducked down behind the counter and probably looked at her lock screen! Only god knows. Totally NEVER going back again, total frods.

These people go online and buy cell phone cases for dirt cheap (just like I do) then turn around and try to sell them to people for 30. I laughed and walked away...hopefully everyone else knows to do the same.
