I was pleased with my ride. I was gonna do the ate the service\ but the link expired so I'm doing it this way. Taxi number 4146 (A. Culen is the name I saw on his ID) My ride came in no time. Driving was great. Driver was nice. Car was clean. He wore a mask. Plus I spoke to two different call-takers and both ladies had great customer service. Also, I never had issues with any of the call-takers I had in the past.

Absolutely terrible service, from the phone receptionists to the drivers. I needed a cab to take me to the emergency room and had the woman on the phone hang up on me because I \sounded upset\. Just so unwelcoming, had so many bad experiences in the cabs but I will just leave it at this. I'm so happy that Uber is in this city, such a fantastic platform that allows for customers to rate their drivers which weens out all those garbage Casino Taxi drivers. Casino Taxi will be gone within the next 12 months, good riddance to you all!
Walking to the check out at Superstore I decided to call for a taxi. After navigating through the menus I'd succeeded in hiring a taxi to arrive \asap\. Tracked the taxi and he was a good 5 or so minutes away, finished up scanning products through and noticed a text message saying he was arriving soon (message was 2 minutes old at this point). We left the store saw his car parked all the way down by the liquor store and approached. We were then told that we were too late (by this point around 5 minutes had passed since the message saying he was arriving) and that the fare was cancelled. Drivers attitude downright sucked too, can't imagine why people are using UBER now instead of relying on such an awful company.
Edit: One of the owners reacted out to me and assured me that something would be done about this and I’m extremely appreciative of her responding to me. This cab is not affiliated with Casino Taxi anymore since she was quick to fire him and the city is in the process of getting rid of him too. 10:30 on Saturday, October 24, I was coming home with friends and while a pal was taking out the money, the driver placed his hand through the money slot in the plastic divider and started touching my inner thigh, while I was intoxicated and I couldn’t think to react so I just gave him the rest of the money and quickly got out to avoid anything else happening.
Took a cab home from work yesterday morning. After arriving at my destination the driver could not get his debit machine working. He tried at least 10 times, but the transaction didn't go through. ( This is very annoying cab drivers should ensure that their equipment is in working order before they accept fares) After this we went on a journey to find a bank machine so I could pay in cash. Ride Home normally only takes 10 minutes this particular ride took over a half an hour. And to top it off, after paying in cash the driver gave me my change; 8 in quarters!!REALLY?? I can honestly say I am done with casino Taxi I'll be using Uber from this point on.
