Signed up for a carrytel after reading online promo (no activation fee). Signed up 2 days ago and already seriously regretting it. 1) They sent a technician to activate the internet but installed the wrong coax cable (they can't come in \because of covid\) Called back to relocate as it was installed incorrectly and demand 69 relocation fee 2) When I signed up online and PAID everything without the activation fee, they called and charged activation fee regardless even when signed up for a new address for a different person. Can't even cancel the service because contract is LOCKED for 6mths! So be aware when signing up for carrytel - There COULD still be activation fee even if you already signed up successfully online, and can't get refund because it's apparently 6 months minimum (CANCELLATION FEE is another 69!!) - MAKE SURE THE TECH IS CORRECTLY ACTIVATING THE CABLE SINCE THEY WON'T COME IN TO THE HOUSE, AGAIN \BECAUSE OF COVID-19\ AND WON'T EVEN FIX THE INITIAL ERROR

I wish I could give a 0 star review. They are scammers. They take advantage of customers. Be careful with your card details with them. You are forewarned the cheap service is not worth the headache of having to open a fraud case against them with your bank. Update.......they called telling me they are willing to work on the issue and they haven't gotten back to me after that because I told them I will not take less than what the took from me. Their logic makes no sense considering they made a mistake. They openly admit the money was taken by mistake from their system, they then tried to offer me less than 1/2 the money they took from me. Long and short do not put your credit card information in their system. Do not trust them.

Great pricing - customer service is a strong suit. They understand that 8 hour windows for service is unacceptable. They call and email to follow up - much appreciated and beneficial. I am switching my properties over to Carrytel.
