Arlene provided excellent service from the minute I called because my old water softener (not purchased from Town and Country) was leaking. She came to my home quickly to shut it down and then fit me in to a busy schedule to get a new unit installed in a few days. If a call was promised, then I received the call. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and careful. They were also patient as I determined where i wanted the unit placed. Excellent service along with technical expertise. Corey and Frank replaced our 28 year old water softener system and well pump. Good price and service. They installed it on time and budget. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Town and Country over the past 3 years since moving to rural Ottawa. We are on a well and geothermal heating system in a 1850's home. They are punctual, friendly and answer all our questions about our specific system and you don't feel like they are overcharging you for parts or services that aren't required at the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing well servicing.
