We had Verdun replace our windows several years ago and have been very pleased with the results. This summer, we had Verdun instal a completely new window for us. Once again, we were very impressed with both the quality and workmanship of the window, and with the Verdun employees we dealt with, all of whom were very professional. The window looks great and we have received many compliments - great job!

We are absolutely delighted with our new front door and how it was installed. The crew arrived on time and completed a perfect installation. The guys were very much courteous, professional and respectful. They removed the old door, cleaned up and installed the new one without any difficulty. We also appreciated dealing with Jesse, our salesman, who was very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Getting in touch with them and obtaining answers to all of our questions was extremely easy. I recommend them to a family member and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Nice windows and happy with the way they look. Marie-Claude was very pleasant to communicate with and always prompt to respond. The installers were very nice and polite, cleaned up after themselves. The finishing of the windows is nice with the wider trim. Only disappointment is that we have shutters in 2 rooms (4 windows) and they don't fit anymore. We will try to 'shave them' a bit in hope to get them to fit. When we asked our sales rep about the shutters, he and the gentleman that came to do the official measure of the windows, told us that the finishing on those windows would be done on site to ensure the shutters would fit. It wasn't the case; the only 'finishing' done is the trim around the window. I know the contract states that they cannot guarantee that the window coverings will fit once the new windows are installed however, there was no finishing to be done on site as we were told. Also, we were told that these new windows would offer more glass, less frame - as per the brochure -- not so much. We are still waiting for the front door and the patio door to be installed due to back order but overall, happy with the windows.
Verdun Windows are terrific. From my first call to the final installation they were fast, accurate and efficient. Our sales person was highly competent. She really knew her product and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Our installer was very clean and careful and worked quickly and safely. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun Windows. The lead time from order to delivery was long but we knew that before we ordered so just be aware that it takes time to build a good quality window. Great service, great product.
Every contact we had with the Verdun team has been very professional. From the sales rep Andrew to the installers to the follow up, each person has been patient, explained things well, and made sure we were satisfied. When the patio door installation was finished, it was hard to tell any work had been done. Work area totally clean, all we had to do was paint trim and hang curtains. The installers took time to show us all the features of the door (hardware etc), and clearly took pride in their work. Pricing in line with other quotes we got. Overall, we would highly recommend and certainly will use them again.
