My wife and I rented a birth pool for a home birth. When doing the initial inspection, it was obvious the promised "new lead-free non-toxic filling hose" had been used (water ran out of it as I picked it up). There were also a few drops of blood on the actual pool. I decided to clean the pool myself, but ask for a new hose due to hygiene reasons. My wife immediately sent an email expressing her dismay, but she has yet to receive a response. The next day, I called Sweet Peach and spoke to Norma who didn't seem concerned. Her response was that she cleans the rental pools after use, and that the filling hose is only to be used for filling. After some unnecessary discussion – I was forced to reiterate my concerns about hygiene, about how it was difficult to guarantee that the previous users used the filling hose only for filling, and about how the Sweet Peach website promised the "new lead-free non-toxic filling hose” – Norma relented and said she would provide a new hose. This was an unnecessary and difficult experience. The hose looked new when it was delivered; it came coiled, but did not come with any packaging. However, when I went to use it, dirt and other debris came out. It was pretty obvious that the "new" hose was not actually new. At what should be a joyous time, it’s especially frustrating to have been lied to. This should be the last thing I have to deal with. I would not use nor recommend their service again.

I went into sweet peach to inquire about cloth diapers since I have heard mixed reviews (I'm a soon to be new mom) and I wanted to learn more. When I entered the store I was not greeted even though the women clearly saw me and after walking around the store for a 5-10 min no one asked if I needed assistance or if I had any questions. Ended up leaving, no customer service. Won't try again.
