Friendly service, but that’s about it. Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls for a quick bite. When I sat down in the van to eat, I was dissatisfied to find out that there was almost 0 chicken inside! I understand that typical chicken balls are mostly batter. Buuuuuttt... to find a piece of chicken the size of my thumb nail inside a ball as big as an 8ball was not cool! Luckily, I ate a proper meal at the fish and chips spot next door first. I was not hungry enough to even stomach the rest of this disappointment. Won’t be returning.

I called and placed an order to pick up food, the lady on the phone told me it would take 15-20 mins. It took OVER AN HOUR for me to get my food. I ordered for one person, and it took OVER AN HOUR. This particular location is garbage, if you want good quality food and want people to follow through with their word and provide timely service. They don’t even know what customer service is. I would definitely go to the other locations instead of this one. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I quite agree that with the new management things have changed and the quality of the food has deteriorated.The experience I had with their food today was horrible especially the shrimp, I hated the taste. It was awful and bland. The fried rice was half cooked. In fact my experience at the sandalwood Caribbean heat restaurant was overall bad.
