Poorly coded website. I wouldn't recommend. Wasn't able to get my order processed as my shipping was different than billing. edit: all it would take would be a snippet of code to prevent an order from being processed if the addresses aren't the same. don't make excuses, you have a track record of talking to customers poorly. I should have read reviews first its my own fault. id recommend to look at your websites and take constructive criticism better no matter the circumstances of the customers actions, be the better person.

Beware: when item is picked up from store they don't deduct tax for shipping. basically you would be paying 1.30 extra. contacted support team but no response. it's not about the amount. just the business policy seems a little dishonest. attached is the invoice and receipt of amount charged. hst charged was 3.50 based on subtotal of 26.95. since i picked up from store the charge should have been 16.95 13%tax 19.15. but they simply deducted 10 from total without deducting the tax. not even sure if that is allowed or legal. charging for tax without providing shipping service!

unusually suspect

I would give these guys 5 stars even though one of my several orders came incorrectly. They justified their error and made me a deal that was more than fair so I was happy with that. However, as I'm reading over the reviews it does seem that incorrect orders happen alot with these guys, so seeing that as a problem I could only give 4 stars. No issues with the support staff, fast replies, kind and honest.

So I'd like to give this place 5 stars, but after my last experience I will never go here again. First off, I asked my friend to pick me up 2 Sony 18650's. Easy right? Apparently not.. So he arrived and they were both Sony 18650's but completely different mAh's and voltages. I told him they gave him two different batteries so he went back. The guy working said they were the \exact same battery\ and just mislabeled. He also proceeded to tell him that he doesn't want to go through them all and double check. Are you serious..? I've been buying from you guys consistently for over a year and you guys pull this? These are NOT the same batteries and are even listed as different batteries on their site. My mod is regulated so it probably wouldn't be a huge issue but are you serious..? This is a huge safety issue. If someone was using a Mech mod you have no idea what could of happened. To OWN a vape shop and have so much incompetence regarding safety is unbelievable. I've worked at multiple vape shops and NEVER does the machinery mislabel batteries. Every electronic device states to NOT MIX BATTERIES. With the ongoing issue of vape safety you say they're the same just out of laziness? Ridiculous. I won't be returning due to this incompetence. I do not recommend getting any batteries from here. They don't understand vape safety and it could result in tragic outcomes. Do not recommend. P.s. Would it hurt to wear a mask..? Literally no one in the shop wears a mask.. SMH edit: these stickers were on the batteries themselves. I put them on the boxes after the fact. your response just shows the fact you guys are trying to weasel out of your mistake and blame the customer instead of your staff with lack of knowledge. I've worked at multiple vape shops in the past and I know for a fact these are not the same batteries. get your facts straight before you blame the customer for your incompetence.

Great selection of products but Staff behind the counter are ignorant and very inconsiderate. I strongly would consider Staff highly take a course in Customer Service!!! Always seem like they have a chip on their shoulders. Buy the in response to your comment below your door was unlocked and your website stated in-store shopping. Either lock your door or correct your website!! Nothing on your Website states curbside pickup only ! And may I ask if you're so serious why was the door unlocked with a open sign lit up and neither of you two working together not wearing a mask ?
