Great covid practices in place! If I could give 6 stars on 5, I would! This store started it all for me... I came in to rent skis and I knew nothing and the staff was wonderful and their prices and equipement great! I even brought in some used skies for an opinion and they treated me as if I had purchased it from them. They are unpretentious, kind and wonderful to deal with. Derek, who was so lovely and kind, helped us out but any of the staff will do the same. I started skiing for the very first time this year and now I'm doing black pistes. If it wasn't for this first super sweet experience at that store I would have never even believed I could ski. I did Norquay, Sunshine, Kamloops (Harper and Sunpeaks) and now I'm somehow in Vancouver pursuing my skiing adventures! I can't thank this store enough. I will be back to thank them in person because I don't think they realise how much they have positively affected my life. I used to dislike snow. Now I'm a powder hound. I can't thank you enough Derek!
You know when you are in a tight spot (me be disorganized) and you need the store to get it just right, or the whole thing falls apart? Well Lisa, and Gear up was amazing, not only did she get it perfect, but also went over and above to make my family & friends feel confident that we have what we needed. Thanks for the catch Gear UP!
We rented our skis for the weekend from here. Ewen was our guy... took the time to fit all 4 of us and answered all our questions. Very friendly, professional and COVID safe place. Will definitely rent again and recommend to others! Thank you for the great products!
Thanks for amazing service and nice set of skis for reasonable price, I will definitely come back if I need rentals in future. In addition, good hours 8am - 7pm, you have enough time to take and return
